In-charge of daily operations of the store
Lead, coach and motivate sales associates with highest level of care to customers
Drive and encourage sales team to meet store sales goals
Coordinate and facilitate merchandising and promotional activities
Maintain and support store merchandising, oversee inventory and cash till management
Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards
Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs
Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager/Store Manager
Job Requirement
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisor role, in the related field is required for this position
Passionate in the retail environment and strives for operational excellence
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business, especially the store team
Ability to work well within a team
Results oriented and possess a keen eye for detail

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
