Responsibilities:



Greet customers warmly and lead by example in delivering exceptional service. Provide outstanding customer service to build a loyal base of repeat shoppers. Collaborate effectively as a team member and motivate others to exceed performance standards. Consistently uphold high customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet daily sales targets. Develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies to promote relevant products. Manage financial transactions and process payments with accuracy and efficiency. Operate the cash register proficiently and ensure transaction accuracy. Follow all action plans provided to enhance individual and store productivity. Adhere to all Collection Training and Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times. Assist with inventory management, including stock takes and cycle counts. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly. Process incoming stock and returns as required. Support all operational tasks related to loss prevention and stock management. Foster a positive customer experience and contribute to a supportive team culture. Work collaboratively with the management team and colleagues to achieve personal and store performance goals. Consistently aim to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets with a strong commercial mindset. Report directly to the Boutique Manager on matters related to health and safety, operational procedures, staff appearance, and promotional activities. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field; Minimum 3-5 years' experience in fashion or watch brands in the retail industry Ability to work independently and in team-driven environment A Multi-tasker, organized, attention to detail in a professional and efficient level Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system Commit to work on retail shifts, long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays as needed. Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business Willingness to constantly learn & develop Sales-oriented and good communication skill; Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality Open for
