Supervise and train inventory control staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the Inventory Control Department.
Oversee inspection and verification of goods at receiving bays, sales floor, and storerooms.
Record and follow up on stock discrepancies with relevant departments.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate stock movement records.
Support other departments in inventory-related matters and branch operations when required.
Report stock irregularities to the Branch Manager and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of SPM
or
Diploma
in
Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any other related field
.
Good knowledge of Inventory Management or Control practices (Retail background preferred).
Possess attention to detail, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Willing to work on weekend, public holiday and long working hours.
Proficient in
both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferable those who
can start work immediately
or
with short periods of notice.
Fresh graduates
