1. Must have knowledge of inventory system and the concept of stocktake and cycle count 2. Prepare prelisting for a planned stocktake 3. Prepare stocktake template, master files, schedule and cut off procedures 4. Perform freeze stock in SAP system 5. Supervise the conduct of stock count by operating stores 6. Audit counting accuracy during stock count 7. Consolidate stock count data into upload files, check data compliance for SAP posting. 7. Process stock count data in SAP system, generate variance report to verify with operation. 7. Posting of final variances into SAP and generate final variance report 7. Output final variance report into excel report for operation users with analysis 8. Prepare extended analysis reports 9. Reconciliation of inventory data for accounting month end closing 10. Audit inventory system and data processing of DC 11. Trouble shooting of inventory database, master file and user requirements.
