A nursing home supervisor's responsibilities include:

Managing staff

: Supervising and managing nursing staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning nurses to patients, and training new team members

Ensuring quality care

: Developing and implementing quality assurance programs, and ensuring that nurses follow policies and procedures

Monitoring performance

: Evaluating nurses' performance and providing reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics

Communicating with patients and families

: Informing family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions, and meeting with patients and their families

Handling issues

: Handling complaints or other issues, and communicating any issues within the department to the necessary professionals

Creating a compassionate environment

: Providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends

Keeping records

: Keeping records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
