About the Role
We're looking for a responsible, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure top-quality service for our clients. If you're proactive, love teamwork, and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and order -- we'd love to meet you!
Salary Breakdown
Basic Salary: RM2,800
Transport Allowance: RM400
Commission: 5% - 10% on new & existing clients
What You'll Do
Supervise and support cleaning staff at various client sites
Inspect and ensure cleaning standards are met
Handle simple client communications and feedback
Plan staff schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
Valid driving license with good record
Able to communicate well with clients and team members
Positive attitude and willing to grow with the company
Supervisory experience in cleaning or maintenance is an advantage
