Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Supervisor (Manpower Supply)
Supervise, coordinate, and manage daily manpower deployment according to client and operational requirements.
Plan, schedule, and allocate workforce to ensure optimal productivity and sufficient headcount for each shift.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, overtime, and overall workforce discipline.
Ensure all deployed workers comply with company policies, site rules, and client SOPs.
Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and on-site supervision to maintain smooth operations.
Act as the main liaison between manpower supply company, clients, and workers on-site.
Handle worker onboarding, job briefing, and basic training before deployment.
Monitor work performance and resolve manpower-related issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, attendance records, and manpower documentation.
Identify manpower shortages or operational challenges and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and promote safe working practices.
Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and worker welfare on-site when required.
Support audits, site inspections, and client evaluations related to manpower operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business and operational needs.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizens only. (Male or Female/Lelaki & Perempuan)
Male candidates, 289years old and above.
Minimum education level: SPM (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) & Diploma.
Ability to work
Ability to work flexible schedules
Able to start work immediately is preferred.
