Assist Department Head in managing, directing and organizing all service staff
Assist Department Head in interviewing, selecting and supervising staff
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff
Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
Ensure basic standard operating procedure are place and are in compliance with Food Hygiene Regulation and all Food and Beverage Safety and Quality Regulation
Assist Manager in ensuring all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner
Assist Department Head to ensure all promotion and collateral update (including social media and website information and menu updates
To handle basic floor service functions i.e.: hosting, ordering, serving, bussing tables.
Present menu, take orders and usher guest to their seat.
Places order with the kitchen and ensure guest are serviced within specified time.
Coordinate and to perform daily/weekly/monthly stock count.
Observes and pay attention to guest's needs or request.
Has good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
Make sure restaurant area clean & organized.
To perform other related duties as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
