Operations & Quality

?

Oversee floor operations during shifts to ensure efficiency.?

Maintain Illy's coffee and food quality standards.?

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper equipment use.?

Assist with stock checks and restocking as needed.?

Assist on Management tasks when Managers or Assistant Managers are not available or as required.?

Team Support & Training

?

Lead and support staff during shifts, ensuring smooth service.?

Train new team members in Illy's service and coffee standards.?

Assist in scheduling and handling shift changes.?

Motivate staff to maintain a positive and professional attitude.?

Customer Experience

?

Ensure exceptional service and Illy's premium customer experience.?

Handle customer concerns and resolve minor complaints.?

Maintain cafe ambiance, presentation, and seating flow.?

Sales & Financial Support

?

Promote upselling and assist staff with product knowledge.?

Monitor sales performance and support daily targets.?

Assist with cash handling and POS accuracy during shifts.?

Assist with Opening & Closing Tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.?

Marketing & Brand Engagement

?

Support in-store promotions and product launches.?

Engage with regular customers and enhance their experience.?

Assist with small events or brand initiatives.?

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of cafe operations, including food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service. Familiar with POS systems and daily cash handling procedures. Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock ordering. Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
