Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor oversees daily store operations, guides the sales team, and ensures excellent customer service and sales performance. This role is responsible for staff supervision, training, inventory control, and achieving store sales targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and corrective actions when needed. Handle daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management. Ensure excellent customer service by assisting with complex inquiries, complaints, and service recovery. Plan staff schedules and manage shift coverage to ensure optimal manpower. Conduct training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff. Oversee merchandising standards, product displays, and store cleanliness. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts and proper stock handling. Coordinate with management on promotions, campaigns, and operational updates. Prepare reports related to sales performance, inventory status, and staff performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in any field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail, customer service, or sales. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
