Role Purpose:
Lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead shift operations and assign tasks.
-Monitor service quality and product preparation.
-Handle cash register and reporting when required.
-Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
-Train and guide new staff during shifts.
-Handle customer requests and minor complaints.
-Report issues to Assistant Cafe Manager / Cafe Manager.
-Support upselling and promotions during shifts.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Minimum 1 year F&B experience in a leadership role.
-Teamwork and communication skills.
-Problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Reports To: Assistant Cafe Manager / Cafe Manager
Supervises: Baristas, cashiers, and kitchen staff during shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
