- Experience in logistics/warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with postcodes, routing, and mapping is beneficial.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations effectively.
- Fast learner, adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous).
- Willingness to commit to shift work on a rotational basis.
- Working location: Klebang, Ipoh.
- Delegate tasks to sorters and drivers based on the number of headcounts.
- Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery operations.
- Monitor driver behavior to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Assist the fleet team lead in deploying and training new drivers, where applicable.
- Monitor and report compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and standard operating procedures for in-hub parcel collection.
