The Role: Directly supervises employees in the production area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


In this role you will:

• Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational issue to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Ensure his/her staffs are having good attitude and be able work together as a team to achieve target.
• Ensures compliance with all cities, county and governmental laws and requirements.
• Ensure working area have excellent 6S and safer to work.
• Establishes and promotes the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions. Recommends measures to reduce or eliminate industrial accident and health hazards in compliance with OSHA standards. Establishes and ensures compliance to department safety procedures.
• Warehouse management and inventory control.
• Monitor delivery, OLE & OEE performance and implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (B.A.) with 3-4 years of manufacturing working experience
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-4 years of supervisory manufacturing experience
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Able to generate daily, weekly and monthly production tracking reports
• Ability to work as a team with others department
• Ability to handle works with minimum supervision
• Good knowledge in computer software such as excel, words, power points, etc

• Quality DPPM, COPQ-warranty & QN $ to meet key performance indices (KPI) goal.
• Material scrap & material work order variance $ meet key performance indices (KPI) goal.
• Support NPI & i2M product development to meet key performance indices (KPI) goal.
• Past due $ and OTD/OTS to meet key performance indices (KPI) goal.
• Safety risk assessment & internal / external audit score to meet key performance indices (KPI) goal.
• Quality process audit, CAPA compliance & customer CAR to meet key performance indices (KPI) goal.
• CAMLine data entry and control limit & SPC chart monitoring compliance to meet key performance indices (KPI) goal.
