Job description: Supervisor - Milling

Role and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of operators and machinist Ensure the efficient operation of CNC milling machines Monitor the production output and maintain high-quality standards to meet KPI's Initiates and monitors training of employees to cover on boarding, repetitive technical training, compliance with safety protocols and quality standards Provide skill development plan for existing employees Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity Inspect from time-to-time finished products to ensure they meet specifications Address quality issues promptly and effectively Ensure regular maintenance of CNC machines to prevent downtime Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment Conduct regular safety inspections Ensure the continuous improvement in process and 5S at work environment Manage inventory of raw materials, tools and supplies Support daily task that given by superior from time to time.



Qualifications and Key skills:

5 years of machining experience in CNC Milling (prefer Horizontal Milling) 3 years of supervisory experience in similar production environment Possess advance level GD & T knowledge & able to interpret part drawing requirements. Employee leadership + o Strong ability to lead, motivate and manage a shopfloor team

Special skills (such as special certifications)

Prefer with PSDC or JMTI Level 3~4
