Reporting to Department Manager.
Check and receive quantity stock according to purchase order, supplier invoice and inter-branch transfer.
Inspect correct contents to ensure no damage and expiry date of the products.
Handling damaged and spoiled products according to receiving SOP and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods.
To ensure all process of receiving accurate as per company SOP.
To endorse goods receive note and ensure accurate data key in into system accordingly.
Responsible for entry and exit operations activities including receiving, coordinating stock, documenting maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory.
Record of in/out movement of goods in store.
To ensure inventories are kept in the optimum way for smooth operation.
To perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
General
To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures.
Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must be willing to work 6 days in a week.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
