Requirement

oMinimum Diploma and above oMinimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing industries oAble to do reject analysis, computing and strong supervisor skill

Responsibilities

oManagement of appraisal including of operators motivation, problem solving and prevention oProcess arrangement and preparation in term of manpower, production facilities, materials arrangement, inventory and perfect shipment oOutgoing quality control, line pass rate, prevention of occurrence, abnormality feedback and reject data analysis oMaximize efficiency and control of tools, consumables and sub-material used oImprovement of operation methods, line balancing, layout, rescheduling of own line production schedule oBasic education to his/her subordinates and On Job Training Line set up from new model production oReporting daily line's conditions and contributions of kaizen ideas oInvolve in company wide activities
