Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Supervise daily operations across

multiple departments

such as

Production, Packing, Quality Control, and Warehouse

. Ensure

production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines

are met consistently. Monitor employee

performance, attendance, and discipline

within respective teams. Implement and maintain

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

,

Safety Standards

, and

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

. Coordinate with the

Maintenance Team

to minimize machine downtime. Conduct

daily briefings and updates

to the team on work schedules and priorities. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of

machinery, tools, and equipment

. Handle

inventory control

of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Report daily operations, production output, and any issues to the

Operations Manager/Factory Manager

. Train and guide staff to improve

productivity, quality, and safety awareness

. Assist in the implementation of

continuous improvement initiatives

across departments.

Requirements



SPM / Certificate / Diploma

in any related field. Minimum

2-3 years of supervisory experience

, preferably in a

manufacturing or packaging environment

, but not compulsory Experience in the

palm oil, food, or FMCG industry

is an advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of

production processes, safety standards, and quality control

. Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
