KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Store PIC in monitoring store operation and retail team members In charge of outlet keys and ensure the outlet is open and close according to the outlet business hours. Double check the outlet is completed closed and locked after business hours. Ensure sufficient manpower at outlet for daily operations Leading retail team members to drive sales and achieve sales target Provide product and customer service trainings to retail team members regularly Demonstrate excellent customer service level to the team Ensure housekeeping is done every day and as when required Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately and stored carefully Working closely with Store PIC on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions, if any Ensure retail team members follow SOP from Retail Operations Department Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display according to the Visual Merchandising guidelines Monitoring stock movement and merchandise level in storeroom and prompt Merchandising team when there is insufficient stock Monitoring and key in Cap Plan, SCORE and attendance. Ensure staff clock in and out for the day and fill in the staff movement record when staff leave the outlet during working hours. Make sure CCTV is functioning. Update budget for monthly and annually sales target Plan and prepare monthly duty roster of retail team members and ensure they follow their working shift as planned Doing cashier work including collecting payment (cash/ credit) from customer, tracking all cash and credit transactions, scanning products and ensure price is accurate and handling cash vouchers based on the available promotions. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss if any Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis Coach the Sales Associate team. Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management
