Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of mall premises to identify maintenance needs. Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, and furniture. Address and resolve maintenance issues such as leaks, lighting problems, or broken items. Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or services. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or mall management. Keep records of completed work and report major issues to management. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in related field Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed. Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,760.96 - RM7,431.38 per month
Work Location: In person
