This position requires strong skills to train and supervise staff/technicians, manage daily operations, maintaining equipment, and staying up to date with new AV technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PABX :-
Oversee daily call center operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficient call routing.
Ensure the PABX systems and other office equipment are up to date and working correctly.
Monitor call quality and responses time to meet service standards.
Audio Visual :-
To setting up, operate, and maintain audio visual equipment for meetings, conferences, presentations, and other events.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio and visual systems promptly and efficiently.
Install, configure, and test new audio and visual equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on audio and visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use of audio and visual equipment.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in
Audio Engineering, Sound Design or related field.
Minimum
1-2 years experience
in related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
Proficiency in using Digital Audio Workstations / Knowledge of PABX systems.
Solid understanding of audio engineering principles, including microphone techniques, acoustics, sound editing and mixing.
Familiarity with sound design.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual equipment issue effectively.
Fluency communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
