Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry preferred.
• Candidates with no experience but eager to learn baking are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in baking and food preparation when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and consistency in all shop activities.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times.
