We are looking for someone with:

• Fresh graduate with University Degree in any discipline, or
• At least one year experience in Insurance Industry, preferably in Policy Servicing or Life Insurance
• Able to work long hours, public holidays and weekends as required
• Familiarity with working with AS400 systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to plan and organize to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude and discipline.
• Initiative, self-motivated, customer focused and able to work as a team.

On the job you will:

• Timely process MIB workbasket items as per the agreed TAT. Process/ approve benefits request: Cash Surrender, Extended Term Insurance, Reduced Paid Up, Policy Loan, Funds Withdrawal, Maturity and clearing unclaimed Money cases.
• Act as backup for other team members when needed. Monitoring Daily Productivity, achieve individual KPI - minimum 100%. Involve and perform UAT and projects (at least 30% of the time) Manage MYBEN mailbox, ensure the documents submission are handle within T+1 day.
• Open and stamp incoming mails. Data entry on all documents received, record in department Share Point.
• Prepare reports and update SOPs as and when changes occur or changes in regulations.
• Check then decide close Bridger alerts or escalate alert to Compliance team timely.
• Sort and match all documents received, segregate by document type then send to Scanning team.
• If Scanning team not available, need to scan every single case. Send printing job (customer letters and statements) to vendor timely, sort cheques for customers and dispatch.
• Prepare documents for filing/storage (in house filing and arrange storage process with Crown Record Management).
• Prepare finance template for payments which have stale/ rebank/ GIRO request.
• Other administrative duties and assigned duties as and when required by the HOD
