Job Description

Citarasa Uniq Sdn Bhd are looking for a_ Production Supervisor_ to support the daily operations of our company\'s production.
Responsible to lead, supervise and manage production team in order to achieve targeted production output and quality. Duties and Responsibilities :
1. To oversee production of goods.
2. To plan and directs production activities and establishes priorities in keeping the effective operations.
3. To establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
4. To supervise production staff, motivates and encourage workers to achieve maximum productivity.
5. To work with Head Chef to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
6. To investigate problems, analyze roots causes and define resolutions.
7. To train new operators in fundamentals of productions as well as cross train the existing operators in all the section of production.
8. To ensure the final products meets quality standards and customer specifications.
9. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time. Requirement :
1. Food production experience
2._ Food Tech base is an advantage_.
3.Leadership
4. Good written & oral communication skills.
5. Ability to work & solve problems under pressure.
6. Time management skills.
7. Ability to work as a team
8. Computer literacy
9. Knowledge in food handling.
10. Experienced in the field of F&B is encouraged. Working Hours :
ROTATIONAL SHIFT
5AM-3PM or 7AM-5PM
5 WORKING DAYS
2DAYS OFF
Can work during Public Holiday / Saturday & Sunday. Our Central Production :
