Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To lead production function in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety, production documents and efficiency objectives.

2. To ensure line leader, material handlers are motivated and competent to meet customers' requirements.

3. To set performance measurement and drive to achieving targets.

4. To coordinate with other functions in achieving production targets.

5. To initiate and drive improvement activities for cost saving, quality, efficiency, delivery, and safety.

6. To update production status to superior.

7. To ensure good housekeeping and safety at all time.

8. To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for overtime.

9. To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for lines and machines loading.

10. To ensure stock take results are accurate and efficient.

11. To ensure material are control within the jo. No accumulation of EM materials are allowed.

12. To ensure production during the weekend and night shift are performed with sufficient control and safety.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Applicant must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical field, or equivalent.

2. Has at least 2 years working experience in manufacturing and SMT.

3. Good Computer skills, including MS Office Excel and Word.

4. Applicant must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Tebrau, Johor Bahru.

5. Two (2) position available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
