Responsibilities

• Consolidate routine work programs from all sections and monitor overall progress.
• Compile and update NCR/RR data from the ROSS system, coordinating with section supervisors for accuracy.
• Maintain and update Work Order (WO) status, liaising with the CCU unit on matters related to claims and payments.
• Act as the liaison for compiling supporting documents from clients and subcontractors.
• Review and report subcontractor performance based on section supervisors' input, ensuring proper follow-up on site progress.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and compliance with company safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in highway/road maintenance, cvil works, or construction project supervision.
• Hands-on experience in liaising with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams on project documentation, claims, and payments.
