Menyelia operasi harian & pasukan staff.
Memastikan perkhidmatan pelanggan berjalan lancar.
Menyusun jadual kerja & memantau prestasi krew.
Menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan & dalaman dengan berkesan.
Membantu dalam promosi & aktiviti pelancongan.
Kelayakan:
Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun dalam bidang pengurusan / hospitality.
Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi & kepimpinan yang baik.
Boleh bekerja hujung minggu / cuti umum mengikut jadual.
