• Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in retail.
• Candidates with experience in mobile device sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner, able to multi-task, time management, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written English language.
• Good working attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.
• Shortlisted candidate is required to work in One Utama, PJ.

• Product Knowledge: Maintaining thorough knowledge of all products and ensuring staff are well-informed to assist customers accurately.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure the availability of products.
• Merchandising: Overseeing the display and arrangement of products to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Compliance: Ensuring the store complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
