Supervisor Retail Shop
Job Description
Characteristic:
Man or Female
Min 1 year experience in supervisor position.
Age 18 - 30 years old
Excellent in communication with customers
Good knowledge of computer and MS Office
Good in leadership & Organizational skill
Can handle stock taking or audit proficiency
Healthy & fit, able to lift weight
Outgoing and friendly personality
Can follow instruction from HQ
Job scope:
Stock taking (receive stock arrival, counting, arrange storage)
Prepare and provide monthly report
Organize work flow and schedule
ensure staff productivity and SOP compliance
Assisting daily activities
Keeping the shop clean and storage tidy
Arranging and labelling product on the display shelves
Monitoring shelve stocks, product displays,price tag and the general appearance of the store
Offers assistance to customers
Processing payments
Boost / Promoting shop and products
Cash deposit to bank (2 or 3x a week)
Basic : RM1800 for have min 1 year experience
+EPF+SOCSO+EIS
+Claim Petrol RM100 per month (for cash deposit to bank 2 or 3x a week)
Probation Period: 2 months
Full attandance trainee allowance RM1700 / 26 days
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
