Key Tasks

• Responsibility for all operational activities on branch/region level;
• Execute plan for Road/CBT performance
• Engage other local MY stakeholders to ensure Road/CBT collaboration
• Ensure execution of local and Regional strategy for Road/CBT products
• contact point for all Road/CBT vendors as well as all Operations & CS.
• Single liaison point with Reg Road/CBT and supporting Reg Road/CBT product development
• Responsible for border office setup and ops.
• Responsible for cross border activities from MY to SG, TH, VN, LA, MM, KH & CN and vice versa
• Ensure DSV MY adhere to Malaysia customs rules & regulations.
• Liaison with transporter for cost efficiency and potential issue raises.
• Support DSV MY Commercial team for Road/CBT inquiry.
• Handle Cross Border Trucking RFQ.
• Drive change management in the CBT organization
• Escalate quality / performance issues to superiors when necessary
• Monitor performance against annually agreed Product KPI\'s and initiate corrective actions
• Overall responsibility for file maintenance; on-time billing, WQ, DSO, job costing accuracy and others, as per defined targets Product KPI
• Line leadership of local Road/CBT team
• Ensure all DSV MY policies, processes and guidelines are implemented and adhered to by the Road/CBT team

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics
• Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience either on shipping / freight forwarding
• Possess literacy in MS Office
