Job Description
:ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight
- Monitor daily activities on-site to ensure project progress aligns with timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to prioritize tasks.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, safety issues, and performance.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure that work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and provide feedback to team members on performance.
- Prepare daily reports on project progress, workforce, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising routine maintenance or construction projects, ideally within infrastructure or facility management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control standards, and compliance requirements.
