Supervisor Sales
to join our boutique team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle cashier duties (POS system, payments, receipts)
Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and feedback where necessary
Plan and implement effective sales strategies to boost store performance
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally
Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and floor management
Ensure accurate handling of cashier duties, stock movement, and store reporting
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, assist in stock takes and ordering
Ensure merchandise is well displayed, in line with visual merchandising guidelines
Prepare sales and performance reports for management review
Coordinate and support promotional activities or marketing campaigns
Assist in onboarding and training new sales assistants
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and discipline
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and promotions are effectively executed
Requirements:
? Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
? Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcomed)
? Passionate about fashion and customer satisfaction
? Good communication skills (Malay and basic English)
? Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
? Team player, responsible, and punctual
Working Hours:
5 and a half-day work week
Rotational shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
