The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their \xe2\x80\x98centres of excellence\xe2\x80\x99 and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.Working hours : 3pm-12am / 4pm-1amRegion : EuropeWhat will you do?

• Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals.
• To provide input to Lending manager on the performance of staff.
• Constantly seeking increase production accuracy
• Action oriented \xe2\x80\x93 exhibits drive, motivation, communication and decision making skills.
• Displays leadership and demonstrates ability to adapt to changes.
• Identifying and encourage process improvement ideas.
• To assist Lending Manager in the efficiency and productivity of the team .
• Achieve all SLA\xe2\x80\x99s that have been agreed.
• Analyze and Interpret MI\xe2\x80\x99s
• Reviewing of process procedures periodically

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

• At least a College degree
• Any prior banking experience in operations / Back office is a plus
• PC literate in MS Office applications Excel and
• Word Knowledge of different investment instrument types
• 4 years relevant Securities Operations/financial services experience
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize actions
• Motivated, flexible, able to be part of a team
• 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of managerial experience

Nice-to-have

• Systems literate
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Process Improvement and innovation
