Position : SUPERVISOR

Department: Outlet Operations

Reports To: Store Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary:

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting store operations by ensuring service quality, inventory control, cost efficiency, staff management, and compliance with company standards. This role also includes leadership in daily operations, guidance to team members, and contributing to sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Support as a Service Crew in the store and cover service responsibilities when required.

Ensure Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and overtime (OT) rates are maintained below the company target.

Ensure the store achieves the monthly sales targets.

Ensure the store achieves monthly QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards and maintains zero customer complaints.

Handle customer complaints and immediately escalate feedback to the superior.

Prepare weekly and monthly duty rosters for the outlet team.

Assist in guiding and onboarding new joiners.

Conduct briefings for team members on new product launches, sales achievements, and operational updates.

Prepare and submit petty cash reimbursement forms and ensure proper document filing and submission.

Ensure all daily banking duties are performed according to timeline.

Manage inventory, maintain optimum stock levels, and perform stock ordering following FIFO method.

Ensure store and storeroom cleanliness in accordance with company standards.

Ensure all team members comply with company SOPs.

Prepare food and beverages as part of daily operations.

Cover shifts during manpower shortages.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent; experience in F&B is required.

At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
