The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their \xe2\x80\x98centres of excellence\xe2\x80\x99 and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.You will be supporting Europe business, working on shift hours of 4:00pm \xe2\x80\x93 1:00am or 3:00pm-12:00am.What will you do?

  • Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals.
  • Evaluates performance of staff and conducts appraisal for direct reporting.
  • Constantly seeking increase production accuracy
  • Action oriented \xe2\x80\x93 exhibits drive, motivation, communication and decision making skills
  • Displays leadership and demonstrates ability to adapt to changes
  • Identifying and encourage process improvement ideas.
  • Manage the efficiency and productivity of the team to ensure all static data is maintained and updated in an accurate and timely manner
  • Achieve all SLA\xe2\x80\x99s that have been agreed
  • Analyse and Interpret Management Information
  • Reviewing of process procedures periodically
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
  • At least a College degree
  • Any prior banking experience in operations / Back office is a plus
  • PC literate in MS Office applications Excel and
  • Word Knowledge of different investment instrument types
  • 4 years relevant Securities Operations/financial services experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize actions
  • Motivated, flexible, able to be part of a team
  • 2\xe2\x80\x93 3 years of managerial experience

  • Good Verbal and written communication skills
