Your Roles include :

Supervise and guide daily kiosk operations to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service. Preparing coffee and drinks Proper handling of coffee equipments Greet customers, take orders and be attentive. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of coffee and menu items Ensure the kiosk is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked for service. Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Manage and train kiosk staff to ensure they perform their duties according to company standards. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and addressing issues. Provide excellent and personalized customer service. Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Promote upsell techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue. Process the payroll for the Manager. Prepare the petty cash claim for the Manager to submit to the Finance Department. Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and ensure necessary supplies are always available. Address issues like inventory shrinkage and food wastage.
You Need to :

Have minimum SPM education level Advantageous to have minimum 1 year experience in F&B/barista and similar capacity. Be able to converse in English. Chinese is a plus. Be friendly and fun. Be a team-player, positive and willing-learner Be punctual and responsible Be able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
