Position: Supervisor, Warehouse
:
Monday to Saturday (5.5 day weekly)
Mon - Fri: 8:30am to 5.30pm
Sat: 8:30am to 12.30pm
Work Location: Arrow Electronics PTP, Gelang Patah, Johor

What You'll Be Doing
To lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff (30-50 headcount) to perform warehouse jobs such as receiving; picking; packing; labelling, sorting; cycle count.
To plan and assign the warehouse jobs to the warehouse staff according to the staff strengths and weaknesses.
To execute the work instruction cascade down by warehouse management team.
To ensure the daily SLA target is achieved.
To provide work training to the new warehouse staff with proper guidance To prepare KPI reports; weekly; monthly reports according to Warehouse Management instruction.
To drive work effectiveness and efficiency to meet the company revenue objective
To ensure order fulfillment rate achieved 100% during the month end and quarter end closing
To groom the good performance worker as per of the talent retention strategy.
What We Are Looking For
SPM, Certificate or Diploma graduates.
8-10 years of relevant experience working in electronics manufacturing industry or warehouse.
Willing to work overtime
