The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, maintains accurate inventory records, and coordinates with other departments to meet operational requirements.
Warehouse Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
Ensure proper handling and storage of medical/healthcare products in compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor workflow and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Implement and maintain warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory control processes and maintain accurate stock records
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper lot/batch tracking systems
Manage expiry date monitoring for medical products and equipment
Team Supervision
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance
Conduct regular team briefings and safety meetings
Address employee concerns and maintain positive working relationships
Prepare work schedules and manage attendance records
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain Good Storage Practice (GSP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per regulatory requirements
Implement and monitor quality control procedures
Coordinate with Quality Assurance team for product compliance
Equipment & Facility Management
Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Monitor condition of storage areas and report maintenance needs
Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities
Oversee proper use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and equipment
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service departments
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and logistics partners
Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations
Communicate issues and provide solutions to management
Support customer requirements for order fulfilment and delivery
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
Experience in medical/healthcare/pharmaceutical warehouse operations is an advantage
Knowledge of Good Storage Practice (GSP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) preferred

Pay: RM1,897.58 - RM2,800.00 per month
