Working Days & Time:

Monday - Friday (8.20am - 6.00pm)

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely output and adherence to quality standards. Plan and allocate manpower based on production schedules and priorities. Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and escalate any issues for maintenance. Review production reports and adjust workflows as necessary t meet production goals. Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of production data, material usage and downtime. Conduct daily briefing and end-to-shift reports to communicate status and handovers clearly. Able to lead and train a team of operators and ensure adherence to safety and SOPs. Familiar with lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and basic quality management system.

Job Requirements

At least Diploma/Degree in any Engineering Field or any related field. At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing/ assembly operations, preferably in automotive or industrial sector. Strong Microsoft excel and word skills. Able to maintain positive attitude in handling various challenges and pressure. Experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage. Proven track record in supervising daily production activities, monitoring output and meeting production targets. Hands on experience with production planning, inventory control. and manpower allocation. Basic knowledge of quality system (ISO 9001:2015). Experience as internal auditor for ISO 9001 (optional).
