Key Responsibilities
? Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations.
? Supervise and guide waiters/waitresses to ensure consistent service standards.
? Greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure seating efficiency.
? Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
? Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining ambience.
? Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
? Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Requirements
? Minimum
3 years of experience
in a restaurant service role, with at least
1 year in a supervisory or captain position
.
? Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
? Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Ability to work under pressure and lead by example.
