The Operations team partners closely with ResMed\'s five business leaders to understand their needs then providing a variety of products and services to help them meet those needs including Customer and Technical Services, Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. Focused on enabling new product introduction and operating excellence, our team strives to improve time to market for new products and services, improve efficiencies in our cross-functional processes, and improve our supply chain through digitization and automation to increase value add to our customers. Let\'s talk about the team The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Performing Quality control checks of Incoming and finished goods. Ensuring compliance to ResMed\'s Quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements. Let\'s talk about the role Accountable for compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements and other business systems (i.e. Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) Responsible for resource management. To plan and ensure execution of Preventive Maintenance activity. To provide guidance to technician and coordinate with relevant stakeholder regarding trouble shooting activity / unplanned downtime. To effectively collaborate with the Engineering Teams and relevant stake holders to resolve complex issues. To collaborate with relevant stake holder to drive and support for Business Excellence activities. Accountable for the management of spare tools and machine spare parts. To plan and execute training plan and maintaining training record. Actively develop self, team member and overall team competencies Accountable to ensure integrity of documents and records. (For example, Maintenance Log) Behavior & Collaboration Able to tailor communication of technical concepts at the appropriate level. You are positively influential within your team and building followership. Lead and work collaboratively across teams and disciplines to achieve business objectives. Working with Safety, Quality, Facilities and Production teams to ensure their needs are met. Works collaboratively to achieve business objectives. Open to feedback and seek feedback for improvement.
