Supervisor Cleansing/ Waste Management/ Linen

2 years experienced as supervisor related to CLS/HWMS/LLS

Diploma in any related field

1. Working together with Facility Manager and Head of HWMS, LLS & CLS in monitor and cooperate with HWMS contractors and its Vendors and constantly evaluate theirs performance to ensure their service delivered as per contact.

2. To monitor closely deduction for CLS/HWMS/LLS and to improve overall deduction set by the Company from time to time.

3. To assist Head of HWMS, LLS & CLS:

a. to prepare documentation, report for Variation Orders/ New installed Facilities proposal for the company.

b. in providing periodical Management Performance Reports and Analysis as required including proposals for CLS, HWMS/LLS improvement.

c. to plan, lead, motivate, organize, coach and train vendor staff and others to achieve departmental and company's objectives.

d. in planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring service delivery of CLS/HWMS/LLS are according to Concession Agreement, Technical Requirement performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.

4. Correspondence and attend CLS/HWMS/LLS technical and operations meeting at hospital with MOH and JOHN.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
