Position Summary

The Supervisor/Store Manager at Arest Cafe is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and profitable cafe environment. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive work culture while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service flow. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or wastage. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Manage opening and closing procedures effectively.
2. Staff Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor cafe staff to maintain high performance. Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and work ethics. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. Customer Service

Maintain a customer-focused environment, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints. Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty. Promote menu items and special offers to boost sales.
4. Financial Management

Monitor daily sales and manage cash handling procedures. Ensure accurate record-keeping for all financial transactions. Assist in meeting sales targets and controlling expenses.
5. Marketing & Promotions

Collaborate on local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales. Assist in organizing events or promotions to attract customers.
6. Maintenance & Ambience

Ensure the cafe's cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal align with the brand standards. Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and equipment servicing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
