About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a

Senior / Lead Specialist, Supplier Compliance and Sustainability

.
This position plays a key role in supporting our supply chain integrity, environmental initiatives, and responsible sourcing programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct supplier assessments based on our Supplier Code of Conduct and industry standards. Develop and implement supplier audit plans and improvement programs. Review audit results, prepare reports, and follow up with suppliers on corrective actions. Manage data collection for Responsible Minerals Reporting (CMRT, EMRT, AMRT). Collaborate with suppliers to improve compliance and sustainability performance. Support new supplier assessments in Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region. Measure and monitor greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to supplier activities. Assist in preparing sustainability updates and progress reports for internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Law, Business, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in compliance, sustainability, or supply chain. Familiar with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards or corporate social responsibility practices. Knowledge of responsible minerals reporting and sustainability programs is an advantage. Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
