Our client is a corporation that is crucial to the safety and operation of our critical IT infrastructure, which supports the business directly.

Key objectives

• To assist all contract owners and give management the necessary control over each and every third-party activity.
• To guarantee that the bank receives the maximum benefit possible from all of its third-party engagements over the course of the contract.

Key requirements:

• In charge of working with Service Domain Leaders and various stakeholders to manage a portfolio of the Bank\'s Enterprise Technology contracts and vendors.
• As the main point of contact for customers and vendors, you should arrange meetings and communications between them and other cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the greatest results for the Bank.
• Ensure that the Group Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy and Standards are followed for all T&I third party engagements, and provide frequent reporting to important stakeholders and senior management.
• Where necessary, provide assistance to Senior Supplier Managers and other team members to balance workloads and execute effective group vendor management functions.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• A minimum of five years\' experience in commercial, financial, sales, procurement/supply chain, contract management, and/or IT project delivery, as well as a track record of successfully overseeing strategic contracts or suppliers with annual sales exceeding $10 million.
• Strong working understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. It would be ideal if they had experience with additional IT tools and platforms, like SAP Ariba, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Stakeholder management expertise at CxO levels with suppliers both internally and externally in a challenging business environment.
• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, information technology, engineering, or a closely related discipline is desired education.
