Welcome to QHSE You\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of Supplier QHSE team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver world-class QHSE solutions across our portfolio. This is a specialist position, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll report to the Head of Central QHSE Supply Chain Management. You\xe2\x80\x99ll play an important role in: \xe2\x80\xa2 developing and maintaining our supplier QHSE management process and systems \xe2\x80\xa2 working closely with regional QHSE teams to ensure that region and technology specific processes are incorporated into the system \xe2\x80\xa2 implementing processes through training and communication sessions \xe2\x80\xa2 collecting feedback from stakeholders and running improvement workshops to continually ensure that the systems continue to meet our business needs \xe2\x80\xa2 identifying trends and initiatives of benefits to the business \xe2\x80\xa2 leading strategic initiatives, e.g., forums, process improvements, and aligning these with regional initiatives. To succeed in the role, you: \xe2\x80\xa2 have a strong process and systems background and experience with supplier QHSE management and QHSE management systems \xe2\x80\xa2 have excellent presentation and communication, project management, and English language skills \xe2\x80\xa2 have experience working in the energy, infrastructure, or utility industry, all of which are ideal but not essential \xe2\x80\xa2 have a degree in quality, health, safety, or environment, or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 have an inquisitive attitude and international experience, having worked in different countries and for international companies.
