The Supplier Quality Director will lead quality assurance efforts to ensure supplier compliance and enhance manufacturing processes. This role requires expertise in supplier management and quality systems within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Ensuring the quality of materials and services from suppliers meet company standards.
Developing and implementing supplier quality management strategies.
Conducting audits of supplier processes and systems.
Working closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to resolve supplier-related issues.
Providing guidance and support to suppliers for their quality improvement initiatives.
Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance metrics.
Managing the supplier qualification process.
Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least 5 years experience in a leadership role managing a team of supplier quality engineers across multiple locations and commodities including PCBA, mechanical and electrical parts.
In depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO9001, ISO 13485 etc.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required. Ability to communicate effectively in both languages is essential
