Job Description

To be based in Bayan Lepas.

Roles And Responsibilities:

To manage the supplier or subcontractor quality related activities such as fabricated/machined parts, plating or treatment parts and etc. To ensure that all suppliers or subcontractors comply to SAM Meerkat's quality requirement. To ensure that all incoming materials upon receiving shall have appropriate quality document as mentioned in 30-QA20-GEN-001 (Procedure, Incoming Quality Inspection). To make sure that the suppliers shall comply to SAM Meerkat First Article Inspection (FAI) requirement as mentioned in 30-QA20-GEN-011 (First Article Preparation Procedure). To conduct periodic audit to suppliers/vendors through the Vendor Assessment Program. To enhance the supplier management activities, special process audit shall be conducted to plating process, welding process and etc. To coordinate the suppliers' quality issues and MDR disposition activities including sorting, rework, RTV, UAI. To verify the suppliers' quality such as source inspection when ever is needed by the Meerkat. To update the suppliers' quality data to the database and to perform analysis by using pareto analysis, fishbone diagram, 8D and etc for continual improvement. To ensure perform any assignment related to QA activities assigned by the QA Manager/QA Section Head.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree holder Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in similar capacity and similar industry will be added advantage. To have some basic QA Knowledge such as QC 7 tools , SPC or having exposure in ISO9001 environment in quality field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
