Overview of Responsibilities


Ensure the quality of incoming materials through supplier quality control. Promote internal quality improvement of suppliers. Reduce procurement costs for the company.


Responsibilities and Work Assignments



1. Incoming Inspection Management


Responsible for overall planning and daily management of incoming inspection work. Confirm, determine, and handle abnormalities in feed inspection. Track the effect of abnormal improvement of feeding quality. Arrange the work of IQC according to incoming needs. Review daily inspection reports. Inventory raw materials and arrange re-inspection work. Confirm and track responsibility for re-inspection of raw materials returned from production.


2. Supplier Evaluation and Control


Carry out evaluation and identification of new suppliers and audit qualified suppliers in accordance with Procurement Control Procedures and Supplier Management System. Assist technology department in the recognition of new materials. Conduct supplier risk assessment, temporary audits, and provide supplier guidance and quality improvement.


3. Supplier Assessment


Prepare monthly and annual assessment forms for supplier delivery performance according to the Supplier Management System. Verify quality improvement and effects for suppliers. Timely quality claims to suppliers for losses caused by supplier responsibility.


4. Promotion of Supplier Internal Quality Improvement


Promote suppliers to establish a comprehensive quality assurance team. Improve and review achievement of material quality targets. Confirm and control supplier changes. Issue supplier abnormal material 8D reports, control time limits, and follow up on improvement effects. Regularly collect, confirm, and file suppliers' third-party testing institution reports (RoHS), MSDS reports, and performance test reports.


Authority


Right to apply for and implement supplier reward and punishment programs. Right to judge product quality of foreign cooperative materials. Right to conduct preliminary review of PPAP materials submitted by suppliers. Right to evaluate supplier quality performance.

Appointment Qualifications


Educational Level: College degree or above Profession: Mechatronics integration Work Experience: More than 3 years of experience in supplier quality management Knowledge/Skills: APQP, SWOT, PDCA, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, 5W2H, etc.


Appraisal Indicators


Output of monthly report on supplier quality management. No more than 5 non-conformity items issued by security personnel on site. Participation in company safety training; new employees complete third-level safety education. No violation of laws and regulations.
