As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager (M/F) to be recruited as soon as possible on a permanent contract.

Missions :
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality management processes and ensure supplier compliance with agreed standards.
• Conduct thorough defect analysis and root cause investigations to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align on quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, execute, and monitor action plans with clear metrics to track progress and effectiveness.
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts, supporting suppliers in achieving their goals.

Votre profil :

• Experience: 5-10 years in quality management, preferably in supplier quality roles.
• Core Skills:

Strong quality-focused mindset with a proven ability to implement and monitor action plans effectively.
Expertise in defect analysis and root cause identification.
Proficient in tracking and delivering responsibilities within agreed timelines.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, guide individuals, and ensure alignment on quality initiatives.

• Technical Knowledge:

Background in production or mechanical areas is not mandatory, but familiarity with production processes is beneficial.
Primary focus on quality management and the ability to mentor teams to achieve quality objectives.
