What You Will Do * 1.Incoming engineer role

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for feedback any supplier quality issue to supplier/ subcon
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue F type QN to supplier
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare QDR which include the reject information to supplier
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up 8D report closure from vendor / subcon
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with purchasing on part disposition (return to vendor, scrap or sorting)
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring on supplier performance by quality score card.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive for supplier / subcon improvement in quarterly basis based on score card\'s score.
• 2.Cum SQE role by perform supplier audit
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange annual supplier audit with supplier / subcon.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete self-assessment checklist with supplier and subcon.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up audit finding closure
• 3. Customer quality engineer
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze product failure to define corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with customer in timely manner in regard to data summary, customer updates and corrective action reports.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Quality Personnel and other departments and personnel to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in product quality planning and control processes based on customer\'s specifications and requirements that are initiated by customer quality issues.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product\'s quality.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and update all necessary quality reports and procedure as required by customers and procedures.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and guide quality team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve customer quality issues.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepared 8D report to customer which include root cause analysis and corrective action on time.
• Perform 8D corrective action that written in 8D report to ensure that corrective action that committed is close and implemented.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline

PREFERRED: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer.

PREFERRED: Minimum 5 years as a Quality Engineer in related field / areas.

What Will Put You Ahead

REQUIRED:

• Ability to perform engineering analyses & drive to root cause of processing problems.

• High degree of organizational skills as juggling multiple projects and managing them to specific timelines is expected.

• Basic computer skills including work processing & spreadsheets.

• Able to communicate effectively both in writing, one on one verbal, and group meetings.

• Good interpersonal skills sufficient to provide guidance to less experienced engineers.

• Knowledge of statistical tools and SPC.

• Basic analytical skill.

• Understand FMEA and control plan.

• Basic auditing skills.

PREFERRED:

• Familiarity with database development, SPC software, and design of experiments.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
